A set of three sea themed folk songs beautifully arranged for mixed voices.
Two different tunes for the fishing song Dance to Your Daddy combined, the haunting melodies of Handsome Cabin Boy interwoven to create an atmospheric centre piece and the rousing William Taylor to finish. These carefully crafted arrangements will work a cappella or with accompaniment. Full score previews (click the arrow on the image to view) are of the women's voices version but the keys are the same for mixed voices.
Songs of the Sea choir resource pack includes piano vocal scores, singers vocal scores (just vocal parts) for you to distribute to your singers, rehearsal tracks for each part as well as a full mix demo track and instrumental backing tracks for rehearsal/performance. Performance notes give some context and background to these traditional sea songs.
